Thrix works by submitting documents to our server for processing. Shabash Ltd employees routinely may read any part, or all, of a submitted document, either in its Thrix output, or unedited input, form, to enable us to improve the quality of Thrix's pattern recognition and correction system. If you do NOT want us to read your document content, please contact us at , and we can alter your account to make your documents impossible for us to read.
We will not distribute all of, any part or derivative of, or any information gleaned from a document submitted to Thrix or Shabash Ltd to any third party.
Content, including text or pictures, that is classified illegal in any country that hosts servers that we use will be removed from our servers. Users who upload such content will blocked from using the service again and their accounts deleted.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure returned documents are not corrupt and are free from viruses, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may be caused. If you upload a document with a latent virus we shall not take responsibility if said virus causes you problems when you download the processed version.
Shabash Ltd may update this privacy statement from time to time, to provide more detail, or to reflect changes in our service. When we change this statement, we will update the 'last updated' note at the top of the statement. If we make changes that will significantly affect our customers, we will post a prominent notification on our website, and contact our existing clients directly.
